Protect Right Whales Endorses Mike Capuano for Congress

Protect Right Whales is announcing our first endorsement of a political candidate: we are endorsing Rep. Mike Capuano for re-election to Massachusetts' 7th District. The congressman is a co-sponsor of the Save Right Whales Act (H.R. 6060), has a 96% lifetime rating from the League of Conservation voters and 20 years of experience in the House. We believe that his consistent support of legislation that would help these whales, combined with his experience in the House, puts him in a key position to protect North Atlantic right whales. We encourage voters in the 7th District of Massachusetts to vote for Rep. Mike Capuano in the primary on September 4th.
